Who we are
Marrowwell started in a borrowed room in 2017 with one belief: that healing happens slowly, in relationship, and never on a conveyor belt. We've stayed small so every person who walks in stays a person, not a case number.
Our founder spent a decade inside services that were stretched too thin to be gentle. People were handed worksheets and shown the door. The ones carrying the heaviest histories, including disabled clients fighting a maze of paperwork, were the ones most likely to fall through the cracks.
Marrowwell is the answer to that. We deliberately keep our caseload light. We pace every session to your nervous system rather than a billing clock. And we treat the practical weight of a person's life, the forms, the access barriers, the confidence that erodes, as part of the healing, not a distraction from it.
We won't promise to fix you, because you were never broken. What we offer is steadier ground, a hand to hold while you find it, and tools that outlast the work.
What we hold to
Real change in the body can't be rushed. We move at the pace that keeps you inside your window of tolerance, never past it.
A benefits form or an access barrier isn't separate from your wellbeing. We help with the admin of living, not just the feelings.
Our aim is for you to need us less over time. Every session hands you something you can use on your own.
Flexible scheduling, sliding-scale places, and a room that works for different bodies and minds. Care that excludes people isn't care.
The people
Each of us leads our own area, and we refer between one another so you always sit with the right person for the work.
